Storyboard- PND Golf

The storyboard was really cool because we got to pick whatever topic we wanted and learn different things about that certain topic. Me and my group picked the topic PND Golf. I didn't really know much about golf, but after this whole project is finished, i'm sure i will know a lot about the sport. Also, I learned how to use a lot more tools when making a powerpoint on Microsoft Powerpoint. I didn't really know how to upload something onto google docs and share it with people, but this project helped a lot with those kind of things. I can't wait till this whole project is finished and it all comes together because it's probably going to look really cool. 

IPhoto/Name Project

I especially enjoyed this particular project because I love to edit photos and this was a great project to do. I wasn't really aware of how to use IPhoto, but now that I know how to use it i'll probably be using it more often when i have to edit a picture. I also thought it was really cool finding objects that look like letters and spell out your name. It was very unique and i loved it. I also liked putting in pictures of things that we like and enjoy to do. Also, I liked how we made a slideshow with all of the pictures together because again, i've never really done anything like that before with just pictures so it was really cool seeing all of the effects that there was on the slideshow and on IPhoto.

Charity Mail Merge

I thought that the Charity Mail Merge project was really cool because we got to pick whatever company we wanted to represent and whatever charity we wanted to help support. I picked the company Hallmark and The American Cancer Society for my charity. It turned out that they worked out really well together and it wasn't as hard as I thought it was going to be. In my opinion, this project was really interesting and I liked it better then the M&M project. Also, I learned how to use mail merge which i've never even heard of before. Now I know how to use if i ever need to use it in the future.

M&M Excel Project

I thought that the M&M Excel project was interesting because I didn't really know how to use Microsoft Excel. We did almost the same exact thing in grade school but i didn't really remember how to use Microsoft Excel so this project helped me out a lot. Now that i know how to use Microsoft Excel, i'll know how to do different projects on the Excel that we'll have to do later on in tech class. I thought that it was a good project to do for our very first tech project. It was fun, and not very hard, plus we got to eat the M&Ms. Overall, I really enjoyed this project.

Hannah's Blog

   From this class, I hope to learn different things about the computer and about the different applications on the computer. I also hope to learn how to do different things. I really like how this year at Notre Dame we got laptops. I think it'll help us learn more about technology and will also be a lot easier. I am hoping that i will learn a lot from this class and that it'll help me in the future. We can do a lot of different things on them for example, search different things that we sometimes can't find in our textbooks and etc.
